Families deserve quality photos to record their life together, and professional photography is not cheap. As a mother and father team, we know that these memories are important, and the family budget is always stretched. We want to provide lifelong memories to families like ours. We run Justin Barker Photography as a family business, which gives us the opportunity to work together, meet fun people, and get the kids outside!
Capturing Memories
the Justin Barker Photography teamWe first started our journey into professional photography by taking pictures while travelling in Europe. This blossomed into a hobby taking pictures of our children at play and during the holidays. One day we had some family photos taken at a big-name department store. After paying a sitting fee, and then paying some more for each print, and then paying extra for the digital photos, we realized that it was far too expensive for a normal family like ours to have professional photos made. We could do better!
about justin
Justin is the primary photographer for each of our sessions. He loves family photo shoots, and especially loves to photograph small children playing, running, and otherwise having fun – in a “journalistic” style. He performs all the post-processing of the photos including cropping, touch-up, and custom color treatments, as well as maintains the client photo albums and website technology.

Sarah is your first contact with Justin Barker Photography. She handles all the reservations, scheduling, and coordination. She can answer all your non-technical questions. Let her know if you have certain photos, you wish you capture. She will ensure that happens! She also helps with the poses and lighting. After your photo shoot she will curate all the photos to select only the best.
